About
Nobody should file a number they cannot see the math behind.
Sales tax has two accepted answers and they fail in opposite directions. Buy software and you get a rate engine plus a dashboard, then you do the mapping, the watching, the reconciling and the filing yourself. Hire a firm and the work gets done, but you find out where you stand when the invoice arrives.
We built the third answer. A platform that calculates, verifies and files based on nexus, with a named CPA on every return and the whole position visible to the client. The software does the volume work: continuous nexus measurement across 50 states, the workpaper, the filing, the remittance, the archive. The CPA does the judgement work: reviewing what the platform flags and signing the return. You do the one thing that should stay yours, which is deciding it goes out.
What we believe about the work
A return that goes out under your name should be reviewed and signed off by a CPA. Not a script.
Your compliance cost should be flat. Not scaled to your transaction volume.
You should be able to watch your compliance run, in real time, from your own dashboard.
The day an auditor asks for your history, the proof should already exist. Filed by the platform, signed by a named CPA, kept for seven years.
Those beliefs are why the platform works the way it does. Automation everywhere it helps. A person where it matters. A live view of both.

Names and faces here raise trust a lot for a platform that signs off on someone’s tax filings. Worth adding before taking paid clients.
